You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Dentrix association Ltd, either through the Dentrix manufacturing Ltd Online Store or at the Dentrix Retail Store, can be returned to Dentrix manufacturing Ltd.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with any cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

To return an item to Dentrix Manufacturing Ltd, Address – Unit E Oyo business units, Fitzherbert road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 1RN. If the items being returned is due to being faulty Dentrix will reimburse full postage upon receipt, proof of postage costs will apply. Any items returned through incorrect purchase will be returned at customers own expense.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card or PayPal, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
The PDR training courses are specialist courses and taught with limited spaces available per week and per month. With this in mind cancelations are a issue as we often turn paying customers away for dates they would like due to being fully booked. Therefore please make sure when booking that everything is correct and you read the detail below.
To book a training course payment is required in full to complete and secure the space required. When booking please understand these spaces are in high demand and securing a space by paying in full it will become none refundable. Dentrix PDR training ltd will however offer additional dates to change the course if a unforeseen circumstance does arise. The course start date would also have to be at least 4 weeks in advance to change the date. Dentrix PDR training ltd only in very extreme circumstance does change dates with a shorter than 4 weeks time frame. Once you have rebooked if a change has been applied we do not allow a change of course date again and it will differ to a non refundable lost course space should a course date not be attended for the changed course date.
